Once an order is received you will be forwarded an invoice including the postage costs to your area plus banking details.
As this is a non profit business, if any of our customers wish to pay via Pay Pal there will also be a $5.00 extra fee to cover this service, please remember that no order will be processed until the payment appears in our bank in full, therefore pay pal orders could take up to 4 days longer.

Conditions Please Read Before Ordering
Although we try to send the pieces pictured, we reserve the right to exchange any piece or pieces in any kit.
Allow up to ten days from payment to posting.
Although we pack all our pieces well, once a parcel has left us we have no control over it, therefore we hold no responsibility for and pieces that may arrive damaged, to protect yourself against damages we recommend postal insurance.
Due to customers forgetting to pay - No product leaves us until payment appears in our bank.
Anyone found copying our fugures or making their own moulds from our figures will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and will be expected to appear in a Brisbane court.
Please note that we can not be held responsible for sickness or injury due to children eating the product, injuring themselves on any sharp edges or for any other reason.
Australia post raise their postal charges without notice, therefore we reserve the right to increase the postal charges sometimes without notice.
